Pending and Proposed Local Laws

• Junk Storage Law - The intent of this proposed local law is to make the building code regulations currently found in NYS Code available in one section of the Clarkson Town Code. It is meant to clarify guidelines already in place, not to make new restrictions. Now, as always, the Town does not “look for problems” and will continue to serve as a good neighbor liaison in the event of a complaint.
